Writing Workshop

Scientific texts are an essential part of the study program. They serve as a means of critically examining various topics and engaging in academic discourse. In addition, writing academic texts is crucial for successful graduation in many courses of study.

However, writing term papers, essays or theses also needs to be learned and brings with it many challenges.

Every semester, the Writing Workshop offers a series of workshops on academic writing. The workshops with an English title are in English.

Please register via the links of the respective workshops. You will then receive all further information by email.

Writing consultations

Many writing challenges and difficulties can be worked through in individual counseling sessions. In an open consultation hour, you can discuss your questions and problems with us and receive support.

We support you in planning, structuring or wording your texts. Whether you need a jump start on your first attempts or advice on putting the finishing touches on a paper, a writing consultation can be used at any time. However, what writing consultation cannot provide is proofreading and editing of texts as well as content and technical support.
