Advisory Services
In our advisory sessions, we address specific questions about literature research and academic writing. Our personal advisory session services are aimed at students, doctoral candidates, academics and anyone with a general interest in the subject.
Literature Research
We provide support with literature research. In a personal 45-minute advisory session, we answer questions, develop targeted search strategies together and identify suitable sources of information. Are there questions about searching in the Discovery Service, the union catalogue, electronic databases or for books and journals?
An advisory session appointment can be booked using the registration form, ideally specifying desired topics. Please request the desired appointment date at least two days in advance so that we can prepare for the advisory session.
Writing Consultations
Many challenges and difficulties encountered when writing can be addressed in individual consultations. We provide support with planning, structuring and formulating texts. Whether help is needed with getting started on the first attempt or advice on putting the finishing touches to the work, writing advice is available at any time. However, writing advice does not include proofreading and editing texts or providing content-related and subject-matter support.
